Recombinant Human Regenerating Islet-Derived Protein 4/RELP (C-6His)
Recombinant Human Regenerating islet-derived protein 4 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Asp23-Pro158 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Bon Opus Cat. #CX30
BackgroundREG4 is a secreted contains one C-type lectin domain, high expressed in the gastrointestinal tract, including jejunum, ileum, appendix, pancreas and small intestine. REG4 can be up-regulated by mucosal injury from active Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. In the acid environment, REG4 can maintain carbohydrate recognition activity. REG4 may be involved in inflammatory and metaplastic response of the gastrointestinal epithelium.
FormulationLyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM PB,150mM NaCl, pH 7.2.
