Recombinant Human MOB-Like Protein Phocein/MOB4/MOBKL3 (N-6His)
Recombinant Human MOB-Like Protein Phocein is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ala225 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Bon Opus Cat. #C286
BackgroundMOB-Like Protein Phocein is a member of the MOB1/Phocein Family. MOB-Like Protein Phocein is associated with membranes and the Golgi stacks. It is present in the cytosol, where it behaves as a protein complex. It has been shown that MOB-Like Protein Phocein interacts with DNM1, EPS15 and Nucleoside Diphosphate Kinase. MOB-Like Protein Phocein is the major partner of Striatin Family members and may play a important role in membrane trafficking, specifically in membrane budding reactions.
FormulationLyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM TrisHCl, 150mM NaCl, 1mM DTT, pH 8.0.
