Recombinant Human M-CSF/CSF1 (C-6His)
Recombinant Human Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Glu33-Arg255 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Bon Opus Cat. #C417
BackgroundGranulocyte/Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factors are cytokines that act in hematopoiesis by controlling the production, differentiation, and function of 2 related white cell populations of the blood, the granulocytes and themonocytes-macrophages. CSF-1 induces cells of the monocyte/macrophage lineage. It plays a role in immunological defenses, bone metabolism, lipoproteins clearance, fertility and pregnancy.
FormulationLyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl, pH 7.2.
