Recombinant Human GABA Receptor-Associated Protein-Like 1/GABARAPL1 (N-6His)
Recombinant Human GABARAPL1 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Lys117 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Bon Opus Cat. #C269
BackgroundGamma-Aminobutyric Acid Receptor-Associated Protein-Like 1 (GABARAPL1) is a cytoplasmic protein that belongs to the MAP1 LC3 family. GABARAPL1 is expressed at very high levels in the brain, heart, peripheral blood leukocytes, liver, kidney, placenta, and skeletal muscle. It can interact with GABRG2, OPRK1 and β-Tubulin. GABARAPL1 increases cell-surface expression of kappa-type opioid receptor through facilitating anterograde intracellular trafficking of the receptor.
FormulationLyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl, pH 7.2.
