Recombinant Human Copine-1/CPNE1 (N, C-6His)
Recombinant Human Copine-1 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ala537 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus, 6His tag at the C-terminus. Bon Opus Cat. #CG87
BackgroundCopine-1(CPNE1) encodes a calcium-dependent protein which belongs to the copine family. CPNE1contains two N-terminal type II C2 domains and an integrin A domain-like sequence in the C-terminus. However, CPNE1 does not contain a predicted signal sequence or transmembrane domains. CPNE1 may regulate molecular events at the interface of the cell membrane and cytoplasm. CPNE1 has a broad tissue distribution and it may function in membrane trafficking.
FormulationLyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM PB，150mM NaCl,pH7.4.
