Recombinant Human cAMP-dependent Protein Kinase Inhibitor β/PKI-β (N-6His)
Recombinant Human PKI-beta is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Lys78 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Bon Opus Cat. #C247
BackgroundcAMP-Dependent Protein Kinase Inhibitor β (PKI-β) is a member of the PKI family. It has been shown that PKI-β is an extremely potent competitive inhibitor of cAMP-dependent protein kinase activity; this protein interacts with the catalytic subunit of the enzyme after the cAMP-induced dissociation of its regulatory chains.
