Recombinant Human C-X-C Motif Chemokine 10/CXCL10 (C-Fc-6His)
Recombinant Human C-X-C Motif Chemokine 10 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Val22-Pro98 is expressed with a Fc, 6His tag at the C-terminus. Bon Opus Cat. #CX32
BackgroundHuman C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 10 (CXCL10) is a non-ELR chemokine secreted by various cell types, such as monocytes, endothelial cells and fibroblasts, in response to IFN-γ. CXCL10 functions via chemokine receptor CXCR3. CXCL10 has been attributed to several roles, such as chemoattraction for activated T-lymphocytes, inhibition of angiogenesis, and antitumor activity.
FormulationLyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM PB,150mM NaCl,pH7.4.
