Recombinant Mouse Fc γ RII/CD32b/FCGR2 (C-6His)
Recombinant Mouse Fc gamma RII is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Thr30-Pro210 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Bon Opus Cat. #C767
BackgroundLow affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor II (CD32B) is a single-pass type I membrane protein and contains 2 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. The inhibitory CD32B is expressed on B cells and myeloid dendritic cells. Ligation of CD32B on B cells downregulates antibody production and may, in some circumstances, promote apoptosis. Co-ligation of CD32B on dendritic cells inhibits maturation and blocks cell activation. CD32B may also be a target formonoclonal antibody therapy for malignancies.
FormulationLyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of PBS,pH7.4.
