LinkLight™ U2-OS APJ-BT / β-arrestin Cell Line
LinkLight™ U2-OS APJ-BT / β-arrestin Cell Line is a stable monoclonal cell line in U2-OS cells, targeting Human APJ-BT pathway via b-arrestin. The proprietary LinkLight™ technology uses a standard Luciferase Assay as the detection method. Bon Opus Cat. #BC050055
BackgroundAPJ-BT is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor gene family, and is related to the angiotensin receptor. APJ-BT acts as an apelin receptor that inhibits adenylate cyclase activity and plays a counter-regulatory role against the pressure action of angiotensin II by exerting hypertensive effect. It functions in the cardiovascular and central nervous systems, in glucose metabolism, in embryonic and tumor angiogenesis and as a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) coreceptor.
