"The rabbit alpha-pT280TLT-1 antibody (used at 1:500) was raised against the sequence CSKPVpTYATVIFPGGNK (human TLT-1 peptide) by Bon Opus Biosciences (Millburn, NJ, USA)."

"Proteins were transferred onto nitrocellulose membranes that had been saturated by incubation with 10% non‐fat dry milk in 1× PBS overnight at 4°C
with the following antibodies... rabbit polyclonal anti‐NF‐κB p65 (1:6000 v/v, Bon Opus Biosciences LLC, Summit, New Jersey, USA)... protein
expression was performed on total protein fractions of homogenates."

"For the H1 line, we typically plated 0.1 million cells to accommodate the
higher proliferation rate compared with other lines. For differentiation in 150-mm
dishes, we multiply the numbers by a factor of 15 based on the numbers from sixwell
plates. Twenty-four hours later, cells were washed with PBS once and culture
medium was changed to Advanced RPMI (12633012; Thermo Fisher Scientific)
with penicillin-streptomycin (15070063; Thermo Fisher Scientific), GlutaMAX
(35050079; Thermo Fisher Scientific), 0.003% BSA 15260037; Thermo Fisher
Scientific), 5 μM CHIR99021 (4423; Tocris) and 100 (high) or 20 (low) ng ml−1
Activin A (12014E (PeproTech); BP08001 (Bon Opus Biosciences))."

"Despite the comparable migration behaviors of native proteins on the two platforms, the correlation has not been evaluated systematically for biotherapeutic proteins, which are often confounded by the presence of glycans and disulfides. Here we studied various mammalian glycoproteins using the two techniques under both reduced and non-reduced conditions... Human erythropoietin (EPO), CTLA4-Ig were from Bon Opus Biosciences (Millburn, NJ)."

"Supernatants were collected and assayed for mouse TNF-α , IL-1α , and IL-1β using single cytokine ELISAs (Bon Opus Biosciences) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. All cytokine levels were normalized to microglial protein levels determined by BCA assay."
