LinkLight™ U2-OS ERK2 / β-arrestin Human Kinase Cell Line is a stable monoclonal cell line in U2-OS cells, targeting Human ERK2 pathway via b-arrestin. The proprietary LinkLight™ technology uses a standard Luciferase Assay as the detection method.
MAPK2 is a member of the MAP kinase family. Also known as Extracellular Signal-Regulated Kinase 2 (ERK2), MAPK2 act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. Upon activation, this kinase translocates to the nucleus of the stimulated cells, where it phosphorylates nuclear targets.
