LinkLight™ HEK293 DRD2 GPCR/14-3-3 Cell Line is a stable monoclonal cell line in HEK293 cells, targeting Human DRD2 pathway via 14-3-3. The proprietary LinkLight™ technology uses a standard Luciferase Assay as the detection method.
DRD2 acts as a receptor that inhibits adenylyl cyclase activity, and refers to the D2 subtype of the dopamine receptor. Missense mutation in this gene can cause myoclonus dystonia. Other mutations are associated with schizophrenia.
